Tomorrow, Friday 16, we are hosting a staff dinner. We are kindly asking you to collect the children at 4:30p.m. to help us prepare for the said event. We thank you very much for your cooperation and we will see you again on Monday.
Hello everyone, Our Advent term is coming to an end next week! Below is the list of events for the rest of the term. If anything changes you will receive an e-mail referring you back to this page which will reflect the updated information.

6th December 2011 Re: Change of Staff I am sorry to have to inform you that Teacher Ina of Preschool 2 has submitted an unexpected resignation as she wishes to explore avenues at the primary school level. Unfortunately, that is not possible here at First Impressions. In light of this, I have had to reassign teacher Ann from Toddler two back to Preschool. Teacher Natalie remains in Toddler 2 and Teacher Celine from Toddler 1 has been placed in Toddler 2. Teacher Alma will revert back to assisting Teacher Marcy in toddler 1. These Reassignments are not difficult as all concerned have prior experience in the groups assigned. I do sincerely apologise for the very sudden notice however, I could only respond with the situation as it was presented to me. I anticipate a smooth transition and wish to thank you for your cooperation during the unexpected event. I take this opportunity to gently remind you of our end of year activities. 14 Dec Class Parties (Teachers will inform)
Sports Day for the Daycare and Pre-school will be held tomorrow, 21st June 2011, at the school. The festivities start around 4:00-4:30pm. Primary school students and parents are welcome to stick around to encourage the little ones as they compete. Parents of children in Nursery through Grade 1. There is a sewerage problem in the building and while it is being worked on, it will not be sorted out quickly. Water and Sewerage are there digging and fixing. The smell is overwhelming and we have to make the decision to send home the children in the main building NOW!! Please come to the school and pick up your children ASAP. Of course we regret having to do this and there is obviously some inconvenience, but this situation has presented itself and we cannot do anything about it so please, your cooperation is requested and appreciated. |
