Also a happy welcome back to everyone returning. We hope you all had a wonderful summer and are now ready for work. We also hope this first week has allowed everyone to settle in to their new space and to catch up with old friends and to make some new friends too!

We don’t post too regularly so you should not get too much e-mail from us, but if you are concerned about limiting the amount of email you receive, please subscribe only to those categories you want to receive. Most of our parents subscribe to all just to keep informed of everything that is happening.

QS allows you to track your child’s progress on a daily basis, and to get updates. It also allows you to communicate with teachers and administration staff. Please be sure to login regularly to QS. We hope your summer is going well. We are about one month away from the beginning of the next school year. In preparation for this please see below the current supplies lists for each class.
Please also take this opportunity to update your subscription to the class your child will be in for the upcoming year. Click the link in the email to see your current subscriptions. Of course if you wish to be informed via e-mail of every new post on our website, simply subscribe to all categories.

By admin, on June 26th, 2014% On Friday June 27th we will have our Prize Giving and Graduation ceremonies. These will be held on the school grounds at separate times.
The Prize Giving will be at 12:30pm and the Graduation will be at 4:00pm. We expect to have about a 2 hour break between the ceremonies. The children should be dressed in their regular school uniforms.

Our school has 4 students in the top 20 in the territory, two of which are 1st and 2nd place. We also congratulate all who have helped mold these students to make them successful. Teachers, administrators, parents and friends.

To help our students keep their minds free this week after exams, we will be having a small football tournament which will have matches daily. Each match will have a duration of only 10 minutes (5 mins per half with a small 1-2 minute half-time). Matches should end by 3:00pm daily. The children will play in their school uniforms and will be given some tee shirts to distinguish the team members. If you have the time please come by the school to see your child play.

By admin, on June 2nd, 2014% Congratulations to our U9 and U12 teams for winning their divisions in the Primary football league. It has been a long and hard league and the final matches were spectacular with some close calls. Thanks to all the supporting parents, teachers and friends who came out to see the matches and to cheer the teams on. Read about the match in the news.
Not to forget our U7 team who ended up at 3rd place (or 4th – waiting for confirmation) though they did not play their final match as both teams were not informed of the final. They did well in this league.

By admin, on May 26th, 2014% U12 is playing a semifinal match against Althea Scatliffe on Wednesday at AO Shirley grounds. The time is not set in stone but it might be 3:45. If VG wins their match and depending on what time the boat gets them here for their match, ours might be the second match of the afternoon. Coach Cas will do her best to confirm the time before Wednesday.

Wednesday 28th May – Day Care & Preschool Olympics 4pm
Thursday 29th May – Open House
Friday 30th May – Preschool Parade
The Preschool Parade begins at 10:00am at the Festival Grounds and ends at the Noel Lloyd Park. Teachers will inform those parents directly whose children are to take part.
